My templates are available ONLY to professional photographers. I do not sell templates to the general public for personal use. You will need a photography website or business ID to order from Beyond Red and Green. (I'm sorry! Blogs, smugmug, flickr, or other similar accounts will not be usable in place of a professional photography website.) If you do not have a photography website, providing a business ID will work just as well! Please read my complete Terms of Use and fill out my form (click on the link in the template descriptions) before you order, and then order as usual. Please note that once you fill out my form, you DO NOT need to wait to hear back from me to order. Just place your order as usual. And just as a reminder, you may NOT use any design element included in these templates for other things such as (but not limited to) your website, blog or splash page, storyboards, wall art, logos, gift certificates, or any other manner, etc. etc. Please see my FAQ page for my complete Terms of Use.
Terms of Use
If you are a professional photographer wanting to use these templates for your clients with images that YOU took, then yes...this type of usage is allowed. I do not sell these templates to the general public for their personal use.
However, I DO NOT ALLOW USAGE OF MY TEMPLATES FOR THE FOLLOWING: card making companies (meaning you have people send you their images (snap shots or otherwise) and you make cards for them and sell them to the general public or anyone else) OR the re-selling or sharing of my actual templates OR the re-selling or sharing of any design element in my templates in any other form, OR a template made with my design elements and redesigned in any way. You also cannot take credit for my templates as your own, OR take credit for ANY design element used in my templates, OR use any design element for other things such as (but not limited to) your website or splash page, gift certificates, logos, storyboards, wall art, or any other manner, etc. etc. You will be in breach of my terms and the copyright of my designs if you do any of these things and I can/will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Templates may ONLY be used for card templates. Templates AND/OR any elements within the template should not be resold, shared, or reproduced in any way. Elements from the templates, such as (but not limited to) the graphics or drawings, should not be taken from these templates and used in any other form. Colors are not guaranteed to be exact. Because of the nature of these products, no refunds please. By ordering templates from me, you are agreeing to all these terms. All that I am asking is that you PLEASE respect my terms and my work.
